Charged us almost half the cost of the room for early check in. Dead roaches inside the room and shower, black mould bad water temp and pressure terrible reception staff. Elevator was broken. Just nope. The one redeeming factor was the 2 legendary guys who run the upstairs pool bar they deserve a better job in a better location. And to be fair not a bad pool. But highly not recommended.

They bring you the breakfast by knocking on your door around 6:30 ignoring 'do not disturb' signs.

Stayed for a night to catch-up our flight the next day. Staffs are nice and accommodating. They have 10% off for groups and 15% off if solo. Rooms are clean, has separated toilets for bath and a free bottled of water inside the room. Has a wifi but it disconnects coz of the poor signal. The ambiance is okay but lights inside the room and hallways were very dim.

I didn't expect to have a good stay in this place. We found the place in the middle of noisy, dirty, unsanitary streets in Pasay Rotonda because our booking in Kabayan hotel got cancelled. Urban Travellers Hotel was just located on an alley going to the back door of Kabayan Hotel. The entrance door is quite small but when you enter the lobby everything looks decent. We loved the blankets because unlike any other hotels they were cotton, soft and warm when you sleep. staff were pretty nice and friendly too. I'm giving it a 4 star because I think the sign board and entrance can still be improved.

The location is very accessible to all public transport modes. Room is nice and clean. Ammenities are complete. Outside of the hotel is a bit crowdy and smelly though. Typical for the area.
